Coming from the Bay Area and not knowing the area was difficult at best. My dream was to buy a lake house, yet I had never been to any of the lakes nearby. I was making trips back and forth which only complicated things. But it wasn’t long after meeting Tyler that I was able to put it in his hands. This was all new to me and his patience and diligence made all the difference. He knew what I was looking for and often made hour-long trips in my absence. I told him to look at it as if he were buying it for himself and was going to live in it and that’s exactly what he did. I actually made an offer “sight unseen” based on his opinion. His communication, timely responses and availability are excellent. I was never left in doubt or left hanging. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and has a great and friendly personality.
